We'd Love Your Feedback - Regulatory Compliance Consultation 2026

At Riverside Scotland, we're committed to providing services that meet the needs of our customers and communities. To help us do this, we're asking for your feedback as part of our Regulatory Compliance Consultation 2026.

Each year, we review how well we're meeting our responsibilities as a social landlord. This annual review helps us understand what's working well, identify areas where we can improve, and ensure we're delivering services that matter most to our tenants and service users. It also helps our Board assess our level of compliance with the Scottish Housing Regulator's requirements.

We'd like to hear your views on:

• How open and accountable we are as an organisation
• Whether we take account of the needs and priorities of our tenants and service users
