Here’s a quick summary of the key issues raised and actions being taken:

Blocked drain outside property reported to North Ayrshire Council

Concerns about hedge cutting at Skelmorlie Place will be raised with contractor ID Verde

Grass cuttings: These are left on lawns as part of the contract (they decompose naturally), but to be cleared from paths and roads after each cut

Fly tipping reported in Sundrum, Glenapp, Cambusdoon, Skelmorlie and Coodham — Tenant Partner will arrange uplift

Parking remains a major concern — we’re exploring options as part of our neighbourhood plan

Bins left outside gardens: While we encourage bins to be stored properly, the volume makes this difficult to monitor consistently

Concerns raised about children’s safety, litter, and general upkeep — we’ll continue working with the community to address these
