Aids & adaptations

Get support to stay comfortable, safe and independent at home.

What is an adaptation?

An adaptation is a change or fitting that helps you access essential facilities in your home.

Adaptations support independent living for people with disabilities or mobility issues and can also be considered for cultural or religious reasons.

We deliver adaptations in line with the Equality Act 2010 and our values of care, inclusivity, and trust.
