What is the Sounding Board?

The Customer Sounding Board is a flexible way for you to have your say.

It replaces our previous Customer Panel, following a review in 2024 to make it easier for more customers to get involved.

The Sounding Board gives you opportunities to share your views on:

  • new and updated policies
  • service improvements
  • customer experience changes

We’ll invite you to take part in different activities, such as:

  • short online surveys
  • quick polls
  • focus groups
  • consultation events

You can choose which activities you take part in and how often—there’s no pressure to do everything.

What you’ll do

As part of the Sounding Board, you’ll be invited to:

  • give feedback on ideas before decisions are made
  • share your experiences of our services
  • take part in discussions or focus groups
  • complete short surveys at a time that suits you

Most activities are quick and easy to complete, and you can take part online or in ways that work best for you.

Why join?

Your views matter. By joining, you can:

  • influence decisions that affect your home and services
  • help us improve what we do
  • make sure customer voices are heard

We also know your time is valuable. To say thank you, we may offer:

  • prize draws
  • incentives for taking part in activities
