What is the Service Improvement Group?

The Service Improvement Group is a customer-led group that reviews and challenges how Riverside Scotland delivers services. Members look at performance, customer experiences and service outcomes to help ensure we deliver services that meet the needs of our customers.

The group plays an important role in:

  • Reviewing how well our services are performing.
  • Making sure customers' experiences help shape decisions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve services.
  • Checking that we provide value for money.
  • Monitoring performance against the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
  • Helping Riverside Scotland understand what matters most to customers and communities.

As part of our commitment to listening to customers and continuously improving our services, we introduced the Service Improvement Group in 2023.
