How it works

Getting started is simple:

  1. Download the Housing Perks app
    • The Housing Perks app is available on both iOS and Android devices.
    • If you're registering for the first time, make sure you have your tenancy reference number ready.
    • The organisation ID is ‘Riverside Scotland’.
    • Enable Rent Contributions
    • Open the app and select the Rent section. Check that Rent Contributions are enabled on your account.
  2. Purchase a Voucher
    • Choose a participating retailer and buy a voucher directly through the app. Your voucher should appear within seconds.
  3. Shop and Save
    • Use your voucher when paying for your shopping. The savings will then be automatically credited to your rent account.

  • This promotion is available exclusively to customers using the Rent Contributions feature in the Housing Perks app.
  • The enhanced discount applies to your first three voucher purchases only.
  • After three transactions, discounts will return to the standard Housing Perks rates.
  • Voucher terms and conditions apply and should be checked before purchase.
  • Offers are available for a limited time and subject to availability.
  • Up to five household members can also download the app and use it when buying goods or services to maximise the discount and contributions to your rent.
