Riverside Scotland Welcomes New Identity for Ayrshire Housing Partnership

Riverside Scotland is proud to announce the rebrand of its long-standing housing partnership, formerly known as the Eydent Group, which will now operate as the Ayrshire Homes Alliance (AHA).
The new identity marks an important milestone for the partnership, bringing together five housing associations committed to improving housing and communities across Ayrshire. Alongside Riverside Scotland, the alliance includes Shire Housing Association, Atrium Homes, Ayrshire Housing and Cunninghame Housing Association.
The name Ayrshire Homes Alliance was chosen following a review of the partnership's identity. It better reflects the organisation's purpose, geographic focus and shared commitment to collaborative working. The new name also provides greater clarity for tenants, partners, policymakers and stakeholders about who the alliance is and what it aims to achieve.
Working together, the five organisations share knowledge, expertise and resources to strengthen services, develop innovative solutions and address the challenges facing the housing sector. The alliance also provides a stronger collective voice for Ayrshire when engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

The partnership's new positioning statement, "Working together to deliver better homes, quality services and stronger communities across Ayrshire," reflects the shared ambitions of all member organisations and their commitment to delivering positive outcomes for customers and communities.
The Ayrshire Homes Alliance is underpinned by a set of shared values, including collaboration, trust, community focus, innovation and regional leadership. These values will continue to guide the partnership as it looks for new opportunities to deliver benefits through joint working.
