Following the severe weather over the weekend, we are asking customers to report any storm-related damage to their home or communal areas as soon as possible.

Our teams and contractors are working to assess and respond to reports, with priority being given to issues that pose an immediate risk to safety or could cause significant damage if left unattended.

What should you report?

Please contact us if you notice:

  • Missing or damaged roof tiles
  • Loose slates, gutters or downpipes
  • Fallen trees or large branches affecting homes or access routes
  • Damage to fences, boundary walls or communal structures
  • Water ingress, leaks or flooding caused by the storm
  • Any other storm damage affecting the safety or security of your home

Keeping safe

If damage presents an immediate danger, please stay clear of the area and do not attempt to carry out repairs yourself.

How to report damage

You can report a repair on the My Riverside app, by calling our Customer Service Centre or using our LiveChat service. Our website outlines all the ways you can contact us.

Thank you

We appreciate your patience as we deal with any increase in repair requests following the weekend's weather. Our teams are working hard to respond to reports and ensure customers remain safe in their homes.
