The Big Pennyburn Clean Up

Following the success of the one-day skip event we held in Pennyburn last month, we are pleased to announce The Big Pennyburn Clean Up.

The Clean Up event will take place over Wednesday 4 October and Thursday 5 October and we’d like tenants in Pennyburn to get involved.

Do you have rubbish you need to get rid of? We will have three container skips located throughout the estate where you can safely dispose of household rubbish between 9am and 4pm both days. Please note skips will be locked overnight and will be attended by staff throughout the day to ensure safe skipping.

Skips will be placed in the following locations:

  • Car park behind The Playz
  • Cranberry Moss Community Centre Car Park
  • Cranberry Head Car Park

We will not be able to accept white goods or paint tins.

Please note skips are for Pennyburn residents use only!

We have also planned for Regency Facilities Management to clear approximately 20 Riverside Scotland gardens over the two days. We will be in contact if your garden is on our to do list.

Riverside Scotland colleagues will be litter picking across the estate. If you would like to help, we will have gloves and litter picking equipment available from Cranberry Moss Community Centre from 10am both days.

In addition to the clean up activities we will be setting up an information hub at Cranberry Moss Community Centre both days from 10am-5pm, with free tea and coffee available. Below is a programme of activities for both days:
