Fire safety

Our main priority is to make sure all of our customers are safe in their own homes and free from harm, including fires. Here are a few simple tips you can follow to reduce the risk of them starting in the first place.

Water safety

Water can sometimes cause illness and make you ill if it isn’t kept fresh. Find out what can be done to keep water in your home clean and fresh so harmful bacteria doesn't build up.

Domestic abuse

Our focus is to make sure all of our customers feel safe and have the support they need. If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic abuse, we would like to help.

We want our neighbourhoods to be safe places for everyone. We won’t tolerate behaviour that prevents our customers feeling secure in their home and their neighbourhood.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding customers is paramount to Riverside Scotland as we believe that every person, adult or child, has the right to live without fear or abuse in their own homes and communities.

Report anti-social behaviour
