Pamela joined Riverside Scotland in 2024 with over 25 years’ experience in the social housing sector.

Pamela has a post graduate diploma in Housing Studies from the University of Glasgow and is a certified practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Pamela joined the organisation from West of Scotland Housing Association where she was the Housing Services Manager for tenancy changes, rent account management including income maximisation, estate management, grounds maintenance, close cleaning, and void management.

Prior to this Pamela worked at South Lanarkshire Council as a Housing Manager managing tenancy services and homeless resettlement team and before this Pamela spent 17 years at Ardenglen Housing Association working predominating in the housing management team and latterly as their Operations Manager managing the housing, repairs & maintenance, investment and compliance and customer services teams.

Pamela has a passion for excellent customer service and is looking forward to leading the housing and communities team, engaging with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies.
