Gary joined Riverside Scotland as Managing Director in September 2025, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience from across the UK housing sector. Prior to joining Riverside, Gary served as Chief Executive of Thenue Housing in Glasgow and held senior roles at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust and Irwell Valley Housing Association, starting his career at Wigan & Leigh Housing.

Throughout his career, Gary has been driven by a values-led approach to leadership, with a strong focus on strategic innovation and delivering housing solutions that make a real difference in communities. His passion for tenant-focused services and commitment to excellence align closely with Riverside Scotland’s mission and values.
