Gary Naylor
Managing Director

Gary joined Riverside Scotland as Managing Director in September 2025, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience from across the UK housing sector. Prior to joining Riverside, Gary served as Chief Executive of Thenue Housing in Glasgow and held senior roles at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust and Irwell Valley Housing Association, starting his career at Wigan & Leigh Housing.

Heather Duff 2025

Heather Duff
Head of Asset and Sustainability

Heather joined Riverside Scotland in 2023 with over 14 years’ experience in the social housing sector. Heather joined the organisation from Hanover (Scotland) Housing where she was the Planned Maintenance Manager delivering planned and reactive investment works across Scotland.

Pamela Forrest 2025

Pamela Forrest
Head of Housing & Communities

Pamela joined Riverside Scotland in 2024 with over 25 years’ experience in the social housing sector. Pamela has a post graduate diploma in Housing Studies from the University of Glasgow and is a certified practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Pamela joined the organisation from West of Scotland Housing Association where she was the Housing Services Manager for tenancy changes, rent account management including income maximisation, estate management, grounds maintenance, close cleaning, and void management.

Paula McEvoy

Paula McEvoy
Head of Business Support Services

Paula joined Riverside Scotland in March 2025 with over 20 years of experience in the public sector roles, mostly at the Student Loans Company which delivers loans and grants to students at colleges and universities in the UK. Paula graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1999 with a University Certificate in Finance and Accounting. In 2019, Paula also attained the BCS (Chartered Institute for IT) International Diploma in Business Analysis.
