Today we were delighted to welcome candidates to our Information & Assessment Day for Riverside Scotland’s two Modern Apprenticeship opportunities. The event brought together enthusiastic applicants keen to learn more about starting their careers in housing and business administration, and it was fantastic to see such energy, curiosity and commitment in the room.
Throughout the day, candidates took part in group activities, practical assessments and informal conversations with members of the Riverside Scotland team. These sessions were designed to help applicants showcase their strengths, understand the expectations of the roles, and get a real feel for what it’s like to work with us.
We want to extend a huge thank‑you to all candidates who attended today. Paula McEvoy, Head of Business Support Services said:
“It was inspiring to meet so many motivated candidates today. Their enthusiasm, preparation, confidence and willingness to get involved really shone through. These apprenticeships are an important investment in future talent, and it’s exciting to see such potential in the next generation. Thank you to everyone who attended and gave their best. We know it can be daunting to take part in assessments, and we appreciate the effort everyone put in.”
We look forward to progressing to the next stage of the selection process and wish every candidate the very best of luck.
Riverside Scotland is proud to support the next generation of talent — and today showed just how bright that future looks.
