Unfortunately, due to a recent system error, your rent‑free weeks were applied during weeks 2 and 3, instead of weeks 1 and 2 as stated in your rent increase notification. We understand this may be frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or confusion this has caused.
What this means for you
Because week 1 was not applied as a rent‑free week, we kindly ask that you make the payment for week 1 rent as soon as possible.
