Each year, we assess how well we are meeting the obligations we have as a social landlord. This enables us to establish if there are any gaps or areas for improvement that we need to focus on and improve over the following year.  It also enables our Board to determine our level of regulatory compliance.

• whether we take account of the needs and priorities of our tenants and service users
