These roles are ideal for individuals at the beginning of their careers who are enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to make a positive impact in our communities.

 

🌟 1. Modern Apprenticeship – Business Administration Start your career in a supportive, forward‑thinking organisation while working towards your SCQF Level 6 Business Administration qualification.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a range of administrative tasks, develop practical workplace skills, and receive training delivered by Ayrshire College.

Salary:

£10.85 per hour (Under 21) — £19,747 per year

£12.71 per hour (21+) — £23,132.20 per year

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We welcome applicants with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and basic—or developing—IT skills.

 

🏡 2. Modern Apprenticeship – Housing

This is a brilliant entry route into a rewarding career in housing. You’ll gain real workplace experience while studying towards a Housing SCQF Level 6 qualification (including CIH Level 2). Training and support will be delivered by SHARE.

Salary:

£10.85 per hour (Under 21) — £19,747 per year

£12.71 per hour (21+) — £23,132.20 per year

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We’re looking for applicants with three National 4 qualifications, including English, good communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and contribute to our communities.
