Tackling anti-social behaviour

Riverside is tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) in our communities across the country.

This summer we had two successful injunctions upheld against two perpetrators’ ASB in the Midlands. 

As a result of our working within the community, and advice from our legal team, we successfully obtained the two injunctions against perpetrators’ ASB to other residents which included aggressive physical abuse. The process has been a lengthy one but is outweighed by the positive result of sanctions against their tenancy, which puts the anti-social tenants at risk of losing their homes.

The actions taken has also highlighted how such behaviour is not taken lightly by Riverside.

We treat all reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and the safety of tenants within their neighbourhoods is of the upmost importance.

We encourage residents to report ASB and not to suffer in silence. You can report matters in a number of ways and remain anonymous if you wish. Our Customer Service Centre is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, call 0345 111 0000. 

You can also inform the relevant agencies such as the local Police and environmental health teams. If your report is of a non-emergency nature you can call 101.
