Landlord Reports

Every April we are required to collect and provide the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) with key information on our performance in achieving the outcomes and standards in the Scottish Social Housing Charter (the Charter). The SHR use our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) to report publicly on our progress in achieving the Charter outcomes and standards.

In August the SHR publish an online report for every landlord with key information about its performance, this compares our performance to the Scottish average.  There is also an online comparison tool  which allows anyone to compare our performance with up to four other landlords.

The format of our annual Landlord Report was agreed in consultation with customers, and we always encourage feedback from anyone reading it.

Corporate Plan

Our Corporate Plan looks to the future and sets out the next steps on our journey. It presents a detailed three year plan, together with a five year outlook and ten year strategy.

The plan shows how we are adapting to the challenges of our times. Working in partnership with Riverside, one of the UK’s leading providers of social housing, we are stronger than ever and better equipped to fulfil our ambition to transform the lives of our customers; the very people we are here for.
