Communities and Livelihoods Strategy Survey

Riverside Scotland’s Communities and Livelihoods Strategy will be the Association’s vision on how to deliver services that go above and beyond the traditional housing management service over the next 3 years. It will inform how we support customers and communities through the cost-of-living crisis and ensure that our services are fit for purpose in achieving this.

It is our intention that this strategy will guide the work of the Association over the next 3 years, by setting out 7 main objectives in relation to supporting the communities and livelihoods of our customers. It also sets out how we hope to achieve these objectives by the end of 2027.

The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, and responses to this survey will be treated anonymously. It is recommended that you read the strategy document, which can be accessed by clicking here.

This consultation closes on Tuesday 2 April 2024.
