Handel Wood, Liverpool

Handel Wood

Riverside have been working alongside Liverpool City Council to deliver the Mayoral pledge of building 2,078 new homes in Liverpool City by 2015. As part of that plan, our Handel Wood scheme sees the development of 9 two bed houses for rent that is affordable and 7 that are for Shared Ownership. The project also forms part of Riversides overall strategy to regenerate Lee Valley of which another site is being built, Joseph Williams. Both offer greater housing opportunities to the local community that would mean they are not forced to live elsewhere away from the value support network of family and friends.
