Over the last year the contractor A.C. Whyte & Co has been delivering a programme of External Wall Insulation to private owners in the Boutreehill area within North Ayrshire. This programme is subsidised by Scottish Government funding as part of their aim to achieve energy efficiency improvements and standards across Scotland. The project is supported by Irvine Housing Association. The work is available for a one-off upfront payment of £525, this is a standard cost for all owners and no other charges will apply.

This offer is available to all private owners living in the following streets: Bencleuch Place, Blairdenenon Way, Cairnsgarroch Way, Cairnsmore Way, Capel Place, Cardon Place, Craignaw Place, Garelet Place, Shalloch Place, Birkscairn Way, Birkscairn Place, Glenleith Place, Heatherstane Bank, Heatherstane Way, Milldown Place.
